Delivery is R99 for all other orders.
We recommend bundling items together to minimize delivery charges.
Not all products can be delivered to all areas. We reserve the right to request the customer collect the order due to high value of the item; fragile nature of the item; or risk involved in delivering the item to the address.
We generally take 1-2 days to receive your payment and process your order.
Thereafter our courier generally takes 1-2 days to deliver the item to you.
Should you reside outside of the major metropolitan area, please expect the order to take a little longer, as it would need to be shipped to a regional centre before dispatch to you.

Return Policy1. Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return or a refund, you will need to return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
1.2. You will need to send written notice to Sales@TheDigitalFactory.co.za providing the details of the goods, order number and proof of purchase. We will send you an authorization for a return, and details on which of our suppliers centers to return the item to.
1.3. You will be responsible for the return of goods to us at your own cost. Should you use a courier company to deliver the goods to us, please ensure you take out the necessary insurance, as we will not be liable for damages in transit.
1.4. Your item must be unused and in it's original, unopened packaging.
1.5. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, or the item has been used, or its packaging opened, we cannot offer you a return or refund.
1.6. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned e.g. consumables such as printer cartridges, software that has been opened or used, clothing items due to hygiene reasons and built-to-order computers.
1.7. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
1.8. As we incur bank, credit card and delivery charges in processing your order, we may deduct these charges from your refund.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less restocking fee, bank charges and delivery fee, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or bank account. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your credit card, or 2-3 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account should we pay you via EFT.
Please ensure that you provide a correct delivery address and ensure you are available to receive your order, as we are not liable to refund an order that was delivered to the address you specified.
2. Warranty Repairs
2.1. Many of our products are covered by their respective manufacturers carry-in warranty.
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
2.2. The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a request a refund:
faults resulting from normal wear and tear;damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you
2.3. Should you believe your item to be defective, we will provide you with authorization and depending on the warranty type, direct you to the nearest carry-in centre at Midrand, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth or Nelspruit (product specific).
2.4. Your item will be examined by our suppliers for defect or damage.
2.5. Should the item be defective, it will be replaced or repaired as per the terms of that respective manufacturer’s warranty.
2.6. Should the item be damaged or not covered by a manufacturer's warranty, our supplier will quote the cost of repairs which will be for your account.
